학원 운영과 학부모 소통을 하나로 잇는 학원 관리 플랫폼입니다. 원장과 강사는 관리자 웹에서 원생 관리부터 시간표, 출결, 학습일지, 성적, 수납까지 한 흐름으로 처리하고, 학원 입구 키오스크에서 찍은 등하원 기록은 그날 출석부와 누적 학습 시간에 그대로 반영됩니다. 이렇게 쌓인 기록은 한 장의 월간 학습 보고서가 되어 학부모 앱으로 발송되고, 학부모는 오늘의 등하원 시각과 학습 시간, 학원 일정과 결제 내역, 선생님 코멘트를 앱에서 바로 확인합니다. 디자인은 학원의 따뜻한 인상을 담은 선셋 그라디언트를 축으로 삼되, 숫자와 표가 많은 화면에서도 눈이 편하도록 크림톤 배경과 절제된 카드 레이아웃으로 정리했습니다.
An academy management platform that connects day-to-day operations with parent communication. Directors and instructors handle everything in one flow on the admin web — student records, timetables, attendance, learning logs, grades and billing — while the check-in and check-out taps made on the entrance kiosk feed straight into that day's attendance sheet and cumulative study hours. Those records become a single monthly learning report delivered to the parent app, where parents can see today's arrival and dismissal times, study hours, academy schedules, payment history and the teacher's comments at a glance. The design is built around a warm sunset gradient, paired with a cream background and restrained card layouts so that data-heavy screens stay easy on the eyes.
