동네 매장의 사장님과 크루가 한 앱에서 근무를 함께 관리하는 알바 관리 서비스입니다. 공고 등록과 지원, 합격 처리부터 근무 스케줄과 위치 기반 출퇴근, 인건비 정산까지 매장 운영에 필요한 흐름을 하나로 이었습니다. 사장님은 매장과 사람을, 크루는 자신의 근무 이력과 급여를 각자의 화면에서 확인하도록 역할별로 구조를 나눴습니다. 디자인은 익숙한 SNS 앱의 모바일 감각을 기준으로 삼아 과한 장식 대신 명확한 여백과 간결한 구조를 택했고, 세이지 그린과 크림 톤으로 동네 매장의 온기를 담았습니다. 조건이 맞으면 다음 단계로 자연스럽게 넘어가도록 설계해 반복되는 터치를 줄였습니다.
A part-time workforce app where store owners and their crew manage the same shifts from one place. Job postings, applications, hiring, work schedules, location-based clock-in and clock-out, and payroll settlement are joined into a single flow that a neighborhood store actually runs on. Owners look after their stores and people, crew look after their own work history and pay, each in a view built for that role. The design follows the familiar feel of everyday social apps, choosing clear spacing and a plain structure over decoration, with sage green and cream carrying the warmth of a small store. Steps move forward on their own once the conditions are met, so the flow rarely asks for a second tap.
